  1. Central London Zones 1 and 2:
    An additional charge of £30.00 will apply for congestion and ULEZ (Ultra Low Emission Zone) payments.
  2. London Gatwick and Heathrow:
    A £5.00 drop-off charge is included in the fare.
  3. Airport Pick-Ups:
    Additional car park and waiting charges may apply.
  4. Booking Time Frame:
    No bookings will be accepted less than 2 hours before travel.
  5. Immediate or Cash Bookings:
    To make an immediate or cash booking, please call us at 020 80 88 6000.
  6. Required Information for Bookings:
    • Name and telephone number
    • Appropriate car category selection
    • Flight and destination details for airport pick-ups
    • Full address for all bookings

Cancellations:

  • A 5-hour notice is required for any cancellations.
